I had never heard of Petland until I happened upon a post of a recent doggie adoption from this Petland location on social media. Our family is currently looking for a new puppy and we decided to check this place out to see if we could find a good match. Wow! So many cute little puppies to chose from. We spent time with three different breeds of dogs. We had a wonderful experience. The pet counselors were engaging and knowledgeable. They encouraged us to take as much time as we needed. The process for purchase was explained very well and while the cost (reason for 4 stars) is more expensive than perhaps a private breeder, you get absolutly everything you need for the new addition. Our 5 year old, who has not had a lot of interaction with puppies/animals in general had great time playing with and investigating all of various pets they have available for adoption. Thanks to Bianca, Eric and Greg for great customer service. I’m confident that we’ll find the right puppy for our family in your store. We will be back to purchase our new puppy soon!
